"It only took a week to get a call back to schedule an appt for a referral from my dentist, and I left a work meeting to answer the call, and I couldn't schedule anything unless I had my provider ID in front of me (which I didn't) and was told to call back with it. About 10 mins later I got interrupted at work again with a courtesy call about needing my insurance ID to even book an appt. I got done with work, got the card, called back, and was immediately told that they don't take United Healthcare, even though I had said it was United Healthcare the 1st time. And I found the lady who answered the phone when I called to be kind of rude. Pretty sad way to treat people who are concerned they have a serious problem that needs to be looked at."
