"Therapy Notes recent updates are amazing! As a therapist, I'm interactive with clients during sessions. I now can share psychoeducation videos during session using my computer audio. I have the capability of facilitating group sessions virtually and we now have an option for background images. Thanks to the technical teams and management for hearing our voices and making Therapy Notes a seamless platform :)"

"In general the software works as advertised for the clinical tracking and note taking functions. However, if you are not using their Billing service and are an out of network provider, their statements and accounting functions are a nightmare. I have over the years made several suggestions that would make it easier and more efficient to do billing, however, the small measures I have suggested are ignored. I would not recommend this software unless you plan on using their billing service. Their statements are not easily customizable as advertised and they show little interest in improving the accounting functions for customers who do not subscribe to their billing service. I started using their service several years ago and and was assured that things would improve ... but they haven't."
