I had surgery three years ago and have listened to his instructions and currently have everything under control. I get allergy shot and Sue is wonderful. Everyone works to make sure you get the care you need. I’ve been managed so closely that I haven’t suffered like I did in the past."
"I’ve been getting my allergy shots here every other week now, for about 15 years (or more)! Service and staff have always been professional and courteous. Never had any issues. They dealt with Covid compliance very well, though I’m sure it was an pain for everyone. The one thing I would like to note is that I REALLY REALLY miss the 7:00 - 8:00 time slot for shots. I was always able to stop in and get it done on my way to work without being late. Now I have to go in late. I would hope that would be a time slot that would become an option again at some point. I appreciate you taking that under consideration. Thank you asking for feedback!!"
"I have been a patient close to 20 years. I receive allergy shots every three weeks. Although, I am disappointed that I am no longer able to get my shots at the East Greenwich office, I have had a great experience with the Providence office. Sue in the Allergy Dept is just wonderful and very accommodating. Dr. McRae is amazing. I have highly recommended University Otolaryngology to family and friends."
