"My daughter brought her new car to get washed and the brushes ripped off her driver’s side mirror cover. It was all scratched up from being ripped off and thrown on the ground. The company did nothing to pay for the damage. It’s not even expensive to replace it but they said it wasn’t their fault because the mirror wasn’t fully folded in. What a horrible company. If you want to bring your car to a car wash without it being damaged, do not bring it to this place. Terrible company and awful management/ownership."

"Been going to this location for over 3 years, multiple times a week but I don't think I'll come back. A man who I assume was the manager was very rude and nasty. The cashier told me I could step up to the counter to insert my card and input my pin, when the man noticed me he asked rudly if I could step back onto an x that they had set up for social distancing. When I asked how he expected customes to reach the pinpad from the x he said if you don't like it shop somewhere else. I just might."

"Now it's 3 times that I've had issues here. Once they ran out of diesel, employees knew nothing about it, had me move to different pump, nothing. Next, numerous times in and out of building telling them pumps wouldn't work, no help from employees, never got fuel. Finally today, go in, along with asking for 55.00 in diesel and purchasing other items, went out to pump fuel, it stopped at 25.00. Go back in store, what happened? So now I've lost the 50 cents per gallon gas rewards. I get a "Oh, sorry""
