"I had foot and ankle surgey back in September 2022 done by Dr Stephen Rogers. From my first visit into that office, he was wonderful. He entered the room with a smile and a handshake and a friendly and outstanding personality when he spoke to me and explained what was going on with my foot. Needless to say I had the surgery and it was all explained to me. The day of the surgery he popped into see me and do what he needed to do before I went into the OR with that same manner he had as the first time I met him and again after when I was in recovery. Every visit I have had after that has been the same as day 1. I must say he did an AMAZING job on my foot and ankle and even all my insicions were skillfully done, which left me with minimal scaring. (Most of them you can hardly see) All the Staff there have been very pleasant and wonderful as well, when dealing with them. I would highly recommend anyone with foot and ankle problems to Dr Stephen Rogers. A ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review. He truly is a KIND, CARING and AMAZING Dr. Thank you, to you all at Foot & Ankle Institute of New England for everything you all have done for me and are still doing for me."

"Dr. Rogers is a phenomenal doctor and surgeon and a genuine, all-around great person. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a caring and compassionate doctor and surgeon like him . He knows just what to say to a patient in how to get them through when it comes to helping them with their comfort and speedy recovery. I have had two major surgeries and one minor outpatient one from Dr. Rogers..He is the best! "Dr. Rogers is the absolute best; he has done three surgeries on me all of which have been successful. The office staff in the Warwick location are awesome. They are welcoming and make going to the doctor's an enjoyable event!"

"APPALLED. I was on the short list to have ankle ligament repair surgery and have canceled my surgery due to poor treatment by the office staff. I called to get my records faxed to get a second opinion and was yelled at by the office staff that they have and I quote, "so much paperwork to do to get insurance approvals for surgery and I'm not going to get insurance approvals if you are getting a second opinion. I'm not going to fax your records if you are going to go get a second opinion. You have notes that have been mailed from the appointments use those. It is so much work to get insurance to approve surgery" I do not have notes from my last two appointments and have not received those in the mail. This is a disgusting way to treat a patient. It is my right to have my records and my right to get a second opinion particularly when I am having a surgery. I am appalled that the staff would treat anyone this particularly someone who needs to have surgery in this manner."
