"Taken my cat here several times never had a problem. The cheapest place to board in RI"
"If you love your pets, I would not recommend leaving them here. I rescued a dog from here, about 8 years ago. Someone had dropped him off and never came back for him. He stayed for a few months, until I asked the owner of the kennel, if I could take him home. He said yes without hesitation. The dog was SEVERELY under weight and malnourished. Every single bone in his body was showing. My boy was brindle in coloring, but when I first took him home, he was a flat brown, I would have never guessed he was brindle. He was fed one cup of food a day, was allowed outside twice a day, and spent a majority of his days and nights laying on a cold concrete floor. No dog bed, no blanket, not even a bowl of water. I know they have done renovations to the outside, I am not sure if they updated inside. I’m posting this review for a two reasons: 1) Mainly, to warn people from bringing their animals here. Whether you are planning on returning for you pets or not, find a better kennel. I’ve read a few other reviews, that were recent, that seem to show the owner(s) are just as neglectful as they were then. 2) If by chance, the person who abandoned Harley (a brindle boxer) here in 2012, is reading this, I took your dog home. He lived a wonderful life, and was very loved. You missed out on the greatest dog."
"We board and groom our 5 dogs there on a regular basis. They are very reasonable with their prices and we've always been happy with how they groom and clip the nails on our dogs."
"Usually I have good experience but this time I was very concerned. My dog had a big piece of skin missing and a lot of hair. The owner seemed to not have noticed it and wasn't too concerned. I asked what happened and he didn't know. It looks like it's been there at least a couple of days or so."
"Was a great price and the people there were super friendly. Only downside was our dog took really ill for 2-3 days while he was in their care and they never took him into the vet. When I picked him up he had lost over 10 lbs, and had diarrhea. We had to rush him into the nearest vet / doggie ER to get him treated. He was so sick looking even the vet commented on it. I don't know why they never took him into our vet (or the closest vet) when he started being sick. All vets will send the bills to the pets owners so that the kennels don't have to pay."
