"Sad to have placed an order of $150.00 earlier today, and then got my mail this afternoon and find it had a promo offer from Omaha of 8 burgers free if I place an order! Guess my timing was off on that one! Or the ice storm got me with late mail delivery! Hope the food I ordered was worth it!"
"I placed two orders to be delivered on Saturday, even paid extra for shipping. Kept checking for the follow up email to confirm they shipped, the only email I received was to confirm the order and the status was pending even after 3 days. I had to email them to find out my orders were flagged and gave me no indication! Sat on the phone for approximately 2 hours to have them offer me an apology and a $25 gift card for a future purchase. My items won't arrive in time for the pot luck they were ordered. My shipping isn't being refunded nor expedited. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED"
