"This place was unbelievable we came in from out of town to get our room. Door was locked and we called the number on the door. 3 times before someone answered. No power and no water but we could stay. We had to call thec800 number to get our money back. Do not recommend this place at all."

"This hotel was by the far the worst I have ever stayed at. I am considering further complaint as well as potentially legal action beyond this review. Why? My wife had a reaction to the BLACK MOLD in this hotel. We were in need of a room on Saturday the 23rd of September, 2023. We were desperately looking for anywhere around 130 or below. This was one of the only hotels available within an hour of Worcester MA. Our lodging had fallen through. I frankly would have preferred to sleep in the car. After waiting at the door for 5 minutes, they checked us in. Zero enthusiasm, but that's fine I suppose. However once we got to our room in the back of the motel, I was immediately disgusted. It smelled musty and I saw a cockroach cracking next to the door. We were so tired we didn't go back to the office, and also had someone we needed to go talk to quickly. At the end of the night we were too tired to both giving up on the room. We wish we had. One light didn't work, we found FIVE cockroaches in the room, and the final straw was the black mold in the window, which is harmful to my wife. Medically. We are going to seek financial restitution for our stay, and will seek damages to any and all health effects here on our if she needs to go to the hospital (she has been experiencing breathing issues after our stay, all week). Also, the towels were rough sandpaper and really didn't dry me. She refused to shower in the room, and simply woke up and left. Also, the rugs were dirty to the point of being sticky. Worst. Motel. Stay. Ever. This places must be gutted and renovated or demolished. Shameful."

"This hotel should be demolished and shut down immediately! It’s an absolute hell hole! It’s not even worth $20 a night. Disgusting stains on the walls, gross smell, rude staff, complete state of disrepair! Attention Red Roof management!! You should remove this owners franchise, they clearly don’t care one bit about operating a quality business and are tarnishing the Red Roof name. My girlfriend and I left within five minutes of checking in, and I’m sure many other people do the same thing. We felt like we were going to be murdered in this dump. Absolute worst hotel on the planet. If I could give this review a negative one million score I would. Edit-this is my response to the Red Roof representative: you guys keep apologizing for this terrible hotel but obviously you don’t care enough about your customers to actually do something about it. Words mean nothing when no action is taken. This hotel appears to have been a problem for a very long time. Because of this experience I will NEVER book a room in any Red Roof Inn. I would rather sleep in my car than to give a single dime to this terrible hotel chain!!!"

"It was a room in the front as you drive in..I came prepared but I didn't need any bug supplies...no bedbugs,no cockroaches, no hair in the tub or sink..refrigerator & microwave were clean..towels were clean, bedding had some old stains on the bedspread & sheets...there were some minor maintenance issues with a leaky faucet in the bathroom sink & some rain water seeping into the room under the air-conditioning unit during a strong downpour of rain..laundry room had 2 washing machines & dryer..1 washing machine out of order...apparently maintenance visits 3 times per week @ this Inn..Staff were very helpful & polite @ the Reception& you do need to patiently wait a while @ the Reception desk but staff does appear..Be aware that 30 day stays @ this Inn are not allowed- you must leave the premises on day 27..Unfortunately, it doesn't tell you this when booking online thru the main Red Roof Inn website..it left me scrambling for other accomodations. All in all it's a cute place to stay for a few nights. Conveniently located not too far from Worcester..entrance from highway is kind of hidden..there are gas stations on both sides of the highway.."

"This place is a dump. Please don’t come here. I put my own pillow case and sheet on the bed. I refused to sleep on a bed spread that was slept on and not clean. They should close this place down. I paid $122 for this garbage of a hotel. I will never stay at a Red Roof again, I would rather sleep in my car first, the smell is bad. Need to be condemned"
