"I am a long-standing patron of The PumpHouse in Wakefield RI. I bought and paid for tickets for a show featuring a Dan Moretti live recording show 1month in advance. I arrived for the show 1 hour early and found that there were no seats or even standing room available .I drove an hour to get there only to turn around and drive another hour back home. I have been to many concerts, theatre performances and dinners where I have made reservations in advance . This is the typical way it’s done and it guarantees you a spot for that event. Evidently The Pump House only cares about getting paid and could care less about any of their dedicated customers. I have sent messages to the Pumphouse and also left voice mails on their answering service and never even received a response."

"Stage looks awesome - it's nice and wide, with plenty of space for a four- or five- piece band. Great atmosphere, there's a screen in the bar section that shows the stage on the other side of the divider. Sound guy is amazing, and everyone there is super friendly."
