Burger King 2 Lawless Road, Morgantown, WV 26501

"I went to this Burger King location this morning and ordered two breakfast meals one me a sausage and egg biscuit and the other was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. What I got back to work and was getting ready to eat. Both of the biscuits was completely burnt noticeably burnt. And the manager that answered (Cecil) I was explaining to him that the biscuits were burnt, and I was coming back to get a replacement order, hopefully. He proceeded to tell me he “might have a couple good looking ones” Also while waiting in line for replacement order the manager yelled back to the cook “I guess those wasn’t good enough” and the cook replied “I had a feeling that was going to happen”. If you knew what you was serving out of your restaurant was not eatable then why did you serve it??"

"The other day I came in and ordered a vanilla milkshake to go. They told me it would take 10 minutes for it to be done and they explained how they had just gotten the machine fixed not too long ago. Staff was really nice and updated me on my order. I told them that there was no rush on it since their drive-thru was backed up. Excellent customer service no doubt! Best milkshake I ever had from Burger King."

"Ordered online. Waiting in the drive thru line for roughly 20 minutes. Ordered 2 of the ghost pepper whoppers, 2 jr whoppers, small fry and a large onion ring. The food was almost trash worthy. The burgers were cold as if they were stored in a cooler. All the food was room temp at most. Was starving and ate it anyway but I’m not happy with any of it besides the woman at the window was really nice. Fingers crossed we don’t end up sick. This hasn’t been the only time I’ve had this problem and stopped going there, when it’s cheaper to got to better fast food places. What happened to BK?"

"I have been to a lot of burger kings all over the country. This burger King is the best so far. The only thing missing is a few TVs."

"The drive thru was slow due to only having 2 people working. Kudos to those 2 workers for doing such an awesome job!! Y'ALL RULE. The drive-thru was a little busy, so It did take quite a few extra minutes to order and receive our order. But when you are hungry, stay calm and wait. Lol That part wasn't easy. Patience isn't a routine of mine, and I don't often like it. However, when we found out about the shortage of workers, I put myself in their shoes, and committed to be Humble and Patient. * I didn't rate the atmosphere, because we used the drive-thru."
