"I’m a little disappointed as a long time customer the staff seems not to care. Went in on Saturday night and got my normal drinks and wings and little to find floating mold bacteria in my drinks as seen. I showed it to the server/bartender who didn’t seem to care what so ever I won’t be back if this is how you treat sanitation issues"

"Had a couple of guests over last night, 10/28/23, wanted to have chicken wings. Since we have had Mesquite Grille’s wings before and we liked them, wanted to place an order to go. I called around 6 PM. The girl answered put me on hold for over 5 minutes and then hung up the phone. I could hear in the background while I was on hold that there were other patrons around making payments. I suppose she was helping them. Then, I called back 4 times, no one bothered to answer my call. I am not trying to put anyone in trouble, but, this is a coaching issue. The management should train employees proper phone etiquette in customer service environment. There are simply too many choices consumers have when it comes to restaurants. I ended up ordering from Nats Pizza next door - wings were great there."

"The food is excellent! A little slow, but it was worth the wait. We ordered a Mac and Cheese for our baby, it tasted good. The New York Strip, with a very good flavor, like the Shrimps Fries, Excellent! The staff is SUPER NICE! It's nice to find such good people who really like what they do. The atmosphere is very nice."

"The food is amazing. Interior isnt much to look at. Server was multiple positions however he was excellent. Food runner, bartender, server, hostess. For the initial feels walking in the door the food was beyond expectations. Ordered fried pickles, they are so yummy. Brisket in a wrap was an option incredible taste. The classic cheeseburger with cheddar and bacon with amazing fries that had a mesquite seasoning. Overall thrilled about delicious food, superb service. Will definitely return."
