"Fast unloading 2 hours before appointment time"
"If your a company driver trying to drop and hook good luck. My appointment was for the 18th when I arrived a black lady with glasses told me my appt was 3 days ago and needed to be rescheduled, which it wasn't. I was able to drop on the 19th but than a different white fat chick said she can't get me the list of empty trailers because she's doesn't know which ones are already attached to outbound loads and that I need to get the list of trailers from my dispatch which told me. "If shipping and recieving doesn't know which empties are available, how would they know?" I've never been to any DC that didn't know their own outbound load scheduled trailers. Most unprofessional DC I've ever been to."
