"I felt discriminated towards coming to the Hartford HealthCare of Heart and Vascular Institute with Cardiology Specialist on 45 Wells Street in Westerly, Rhode Island. It took about 7 months to get-in for a schedule examination, just to find out that it was cancelled today on Aug 10, 2017. Without proper notification of the cancellation of the appointment. And was told by the administrative staff they couldn't reschedule the appointment and they would call me to reschedule for a later date. Due to the fact that they are not aware of their own scheduling of patients appointment. I found that very very strange. At any moment I could suffer from a heart attack and they have the tools and materials to prevent any of this mishap from happening. This is medical neglect for the unnecessary delay and inconvenience. **If this clinic can't fix the problems with the small stuff, How would they handle the big issues that might arise. This is a poorly ran administrative clinic that needs a lot of help with patient care and service. Very unprofessional and out dated medical devices."
