"I’m going to give this place a 3 because I am still a patient here.. however they lack communication. The front receptionists don’t even listen they just transfer you right over to the medical staff and then you get a voicemail and you leave a message and don’t get a call back for days if at all. I’m in the process of getting on biologics after roughly 25 years of having guttate psoriasis and the pharmacy calls me and says insurance covered it 100% it’ll arrive next week then the nurses assistant calls me today to tell me the PA wasn’t approved in fact it was denied and we are going to start a different biologic. So now you can imagine I’m annoyed. I had a nurse ambassador call me for the skyrizi program talking to him for over an hour about getting my confidence back and the pharmacy then says it’s 100% covered but then dermatology services calls me 2 days later after receiving a fax that I was denied at 3 pm on a Friday when you guys are closed. So she asks me to ask the pharmacy if there are any refills (clearly the woman doesn’t know how to do her job) the pharmacy kind of chuckled and said wouldn’t the office know they’re the ones who sent it it’s a step medication their wouldn’t be refills yet but they are the ones who sent it in . So now I call back to explain to the nurse assistant and oh guess what she’s gone after literally talking to her 5 mins prior. So then I ask to speak to the doc and she was also rude that they were closed and this won’t be handled over the weekend and my NA has been handling your case not me . No communication, lacks compassion for their patients I was literally balling in tears because I was so happy about this medication to make me feel better and they had me stressing out today. All in all I called my insurance and it is covered . I would like to speak to a supervisor Monday because I am not happy with your staff here and how they treat their patients !"
"I had my first visit today With Grace. For the first time ever I am leaving a dermatology practice with a 100% positive experience. Grace was kind, personable, thorough, and explained everything she was doing at each and every step of the appointment. Grace took her time and answered all of the questions I had. If your looking for a new dermatology office this is a great spot, schedule an appointment with Grace she is wonderful! :)"
"Three doctors ( not here) looked at me and threw their arms up in there and pretty much told me to wait it out. I felt like I was dying. For 2 and a half months I was in pain and was desperate for relief. Then with the help of my primary he put me in the caring hands of Grace. She was so very nice and gave me detailed directions on how to handle my issues. Within the first few days my symptoms and anxiety levels dropped. I just went back for my follow up and she said so long as I continue to do the proper work I had a clean bill of health. Amazing person. Amazing service."
"Absolutely worst place I’ve experienced. They misinform if I even got any information out of them at all. I’ve been going here for three years to get help with my cystic acne. Nothing has worked, so I finally get put on accutane. 2 months later still haven’t started it because they don’t care to keep track of your blood tests. I literally called twice to make sure my blood tests were in one time and they didn’t care to check that it wasn’t even the test I needed and they gave me the wrong time to get it done, so had to get another needle in my arm. Then once I completed everything I had to do again I had to call multiple times finally I got a return call that my prescription was sent. It wasn’t. Had to call again for them to say oh they forgot to send it. Finally went to go pick up my prescription and the pharmacy doesn’t carry that medication. So yet again could have at least informed me that this was a possibility and to make sure they had the meds… three days later no one has called me back."
