"I had my first colonoscopy with Dr.Pievsky .. I was a little concerned from negative posts of him and the other doctors in the group..BUT....the reviews were wrong for my situation! Dr.Pievsky was absolutely caring and outstanding with his bed side manner.. explained everything before and after the procedure. The staff was so caring and supportive even with their lack of air conditioning In the area where they are working. High five and thumbs up to all that cared for me.!"
"I never understood Dr. Connor's motivations as a doctor. I went to her office three times and never met the woman. All the appointments were filtered to her through a nurse-practitioner. Obviously my condition wasn't deemed serious enough to warrant an actually meeting. She did perform a endoscopy on me, but even though she came in to see me, she never formally introduced herself. I didn't know she was Dr. Connor. Her verdict was to go back on the ppi's and watch what I eat. After suffering for another year I finally went to see another gastroenterologist and asked him to give me a referral to a surgeon that performs the LINX procedure. He readily complied with my request and after seeing the surgeon and having yet another endoscopy, I was informed that I had a hiatal hernia along with the acid reflux. I had the surgery to repair the hernia and placement of the LINX around my LES. And My Heavens, life is good again. There are surgeries that can help. Find a doctor who will make the effort to refer you."
