"We had a chance to visit Hill of Herat for the first time. Their customer service is good. They serve lentil soup which is on the house. We ordered different variety of dishes from the menu, the food is fresh, delicious and full of taste but way pricey for one serving."

"Honestly and truly, hands down the best Afghan food i've tried in the whole US and what made it such a great experience was the service and the complimentary tea/salad (i mean who doesn't like free food?! Haha) The kabuli pulao, lamb shank, lentil soup, all types of kebab were just devine! My compliments to the chef and the manager who treated 6 of my friends and i like we are important and served well. Thank you, thank you! I live in California but i will definitely come by again! Keep it up!"

"This is a restaurant that leaves you feeling fulfilled. You can pick any rice+meat combination and it’s guaranteed to be delicious. There are also great vegetarian options. It’s a great place to go with a large group so that you can try many things and share food . The service is quick and the servers are very welcoming. The inside of the restaurant is so cozy and there are twinkling lights that add to the charm. I recommend the chai."
