"Jen was very helpful and we loved the tile, however returning the unused tiles was a horrible experience. When we brought the returns to the back the gentleman was extremely rude, expected me to leave the tiles without giving me any paperwork and said he would email me a receipt. I said that I needed a receipt which he did finally give me, but he was again very rude when he came back. The rest of the tiles for our renovation will be from someplace else since I will not do business with him again."

"The tile selection was beautiful, large showroom, displays everywhere. The experience was unpleasant however. I felt rushed in the showroom; I felt a sense of irritation whenever I called about my order or to let them know I was picking up an order. Shouldn't tile selecting be an enjoyable and learning experience? I did not get that there--I received a friendlier atmosphere at the local Best Tiles. I will be not be coming back here due to the sense of irritability by my interest in their tones."

"Came in looking for a backsplash for my kitchen and was greeted by Ashley. I described my kitchen to her and didn't have samples of anything in tow. She knew immediately what I was going for after she showed me two other options. It was an item that wasn't even in stock yet, she just had ordered it. She made every step of the way absolutely easy and stress free. I would absolutely recommend going here again for any tile needs!"
