"Decent PT, personable. But the reason they're a 3 is they never sent me a bill or contacted me in anyway (phone or email). Now I'm dealing with the fallout and really irritated. Great on the front end with scheduling and care, not so great on the back end with contacting about balances. Wouldn't return for that."
