"AVOID AVOID AVOID! I asked the staff and the doctor - I think it was 5 - times for a printout of my prescription. "Dr. Tom" kept smiling, said ok, and changed the subject every time. I left the office with no prescription. My last attempt with reception got me a "He's not available right now". I just had an excellent visit with another office (rated 4.7 on Google for good reason) and I spoke about the problem there. They said "Was it the (so-and-so) brothers down the street?" and I said YES! She shook her head and said they are famous for not giving out prescriptions! This new doctor said when they ask for a transfer of patient records, C.E.C. ALWAYS wait the full 30 days as required by law before turning them over! A couple of shysters!"
