"Awful customer service, girlfriend had Covid and tried to schedule an appointment with Her doctor at this facility as she is really ill, the secretary told us she couldn’t see or even virtual call for over a week. When asked what other alternatives we had, she said “not much”. They just don’t care about seeing their patients. Do not recommend this group to anybody in the Danielson area. Awful awful experience. If you love your family members don’t let them use this medical group."

"Dr. Shafts provided me with the worst experience I've ever had with a provider before. I came due to uncontrollable vomiting and was told that it was post nasal drip and was provided with some nose spray and sent on my way. Turns out I had a massive hiatal hernia that required extensive surgery to repair. The only decent provider I had here was NP Marden and she moved on to greener pastures. If you're looking for a cheap provider this is your place, if you're looking for a competent provider look elsewhere."

"Tried calling at 4:30 when they close at 5 to make an appointment and clearly they like to close early, because nobody picked up the phone after calling 6 times. Also, my previous primary care here had told me I had folliculitis when I had an allergic reaction to nickel lol"

"Horrible pay. I was offered more $$ over 12 yrs ago when I was a new grad. I know CNAs that get paid more than the max pay grade they offer. If you want to work like a dog for bare minimum wage than this is the place for you. Other local doctors offices near by pay several more $$$ than Generations. Its a slap in the face after all the blood sweat and tears you put into nursing school to accept the pay they offer. Shouldn't even be legal"
