"I would never ever recommend this clinic to anyone. I have never felt like more of an inconvenience to medical professionals. I was made to feel like I was interrupting their work day whenever I called to ask a question. Amy the pharmacist was so rude. I would end a call in tears. All of the other phone staff is rude and unprofessional, giving medical advice and when I asked if they were medical professionals, they said no, and I had to tell them they couldn’t hand out advice?? I worked with this clinic for a year and never ended up being treated, it took 6 months to get a dose of medication and then the drug company told me that the doctors office didn’t turn in paperwork in time so I couldn’t keep getting medication. After another few months I finally went to a different Derm office that made me feel so seen, cared for, and I finally got treated for my condition in a single appointment NOT A YEAR of waiting. Please go somewhere else:) -K Sondreal"
"This place is ridiculous. Never return calls!! Had issues with a biopsy and left 2 messages. I ended up in urgent care to get the care I needed. It has been about 2 weeks and not a word from them. No call on results or anything. Will be changing dermatologists for sure!"
"I’ll start by saying my insurance pays for my visits & I don’t even think this place is worth that!! I’m going to find a new clinic because the doctors here are so dismissive and quick to prescribe topicals w/ no actual cause or holistic nature of the patient. I recently went in w a rash along my chest & breast they were trying to convince me it was a detergent or bodywash I use but I’m a holistic homegirl & I make & use the same natural soap I’ve been using for years now. They didn’t do any testing for the cause or hardly an analysis on my skin. The women who bought me into the treatment room seemed to be in complete disgust w/ my rash which made me a bit embarrassed. The doctors had no known cause of this rash. They hadn’t asked any questions about my diet, health, or lifestyle which plays a big role in skin health. Now during my 2 week check up I asked about treatments for my now hyper pigmented skin and was told “it will go away with time”. Nothing was recommended to me not a serum, not an oil, not a chemical peel, not a skincare routine, nothing. Ive been to estheticians with better care than these people. SAVE YOUR BUCKS $$ ~"
"Terrible. Rude front office staff IF you can get them on the phone. Whay doctor's office DOESN'T have a cancelation list?! Miriam's ER discharge paperwork listed Eddy St on it so that's where I went. By the time I was redirected to Summit, the doctor wouldn't see me. Even though when I called BD for help and to say I was somewhat lost/confused about the location that the person I talked to ASSURED me that the doctor would still take me. I wasn't going to them for a zit. I was in the ER and am still in pain. I've never felt more invisible or un-cared-for by a doctor's office in my entire life. I would give 0 stars if I could."
"Office doesn't answer their phone. If/when you are able to get someone to call you back they are rude. Office and parking are confusing. Dr was disengaged and was training another doctor. We were never asked if this was ok, he seemed extremely new and just bumbled along in the appointment. I got way more helpful information from the internet. The doctor in training handed me a piece of paper with treatment options, like I was just supposed to read it in front of them sitting there rather than them explain anything. They didn't give further details about anything without me asking questions. Parking and directions are difficult. Care and information is lacking. Definitely not worth the drive."
