"The quality of care at OB-GYN & Associates has fallen off a cliff. I've been going to this practice for over 10 years and it's unfortunate what's happening. From the lack of customer service by front desk staff at S. County Trail to the lack of enthusiasm & humanity from the OBGYNs, overall terrible. As for the Midwifes, they've seemingly lost most of the good ones. Very unfortunate especially during this delicate time/during a pregnancy. Leaves one feeling hopeless. Expect to be seen late AND still be treated like a nuisance."

"Very rude reception staff. My daughters first appointment there, abrasive, rude, nothing friendly about this group. The Dr's may be great, who knows, I wouldn't deal with this staff again either way."

"I felt like a cow being pushed along through the line, my “care” was not personalized, and the follow up of my concerns were shrugged off. I would NOT recommend this office as they seem very unorganized. It seems like nobody knows what’s going on. The doctor seems almost irritated with my presence."

"My fiancé and I called to ask if a particular doctor was accepting new patients. The receptionist who answered rudely said that they are not. My fiancé nicely asked if they could recommend anyone. She replied by saying “YOU have to call your insurance and ask them!” I understand that they may be under a lot of stress and not be able to provide that information but the rude tone of her voice was not necessary."

"I’m not the type to leave reviews or even complain for that matter but today was my last straw with this place. As soon as I left I found myself a new ob office. The receptionist who sits at the first chair at suite 8 has such a bad attitude. Every time I walk in she’s always on her phone. Today I waited about 3 mins as I watched her play on her phone until I got fed up and just walked up to the window. She replied yes with and attitude. I’ve waited over a month for this appointment so I told myself keep it together. I had an ultrasound appt at 11am and then a follow up appt with the doctor at 1pm because they break for lunch at 12. I met with Dr. Rajendrasinh. Like I said it’s been over a month since Ive been in the office and seen a doctor. ( i went in a couple times to see a midwife but I’ve been waiting for this appt ) I had a bunch of questions and concerns I wanted to get off my chest. He rushed me by the time I asked my second question he replied with yesssss that’s normal. Then walks out the room. I was so fed up with this place. Being pregnant is a beautiful experience. Our bodies are changing and we have a bunch of concerns. I felt like I was treated dirt today & for that reason I’m giving this place 1 star and finding care elsewhere."
