"I was asked the same long and cursory list of questions by three consecutive individuals - the receptionist, the nurse, then the doctor. The doctor did a bunch of "busy-looking" stuff completely unrelated to routine blood work and lower back pain, which were the reasons for my visit. I has my pulse taken in literally 9 places. In my non-medical but scientist opinion this is all smoke and mirrors. They tried to prescribe physical therapy without identifying the problem. A fix without a diagnosis, really? They don't have facilities to take blood or an x-ray. It's a fake clinic. Nothing is done here. Finally, they tried to schedule me for a comprehensive physical saying that my insurance requires it. I proved to them that it in fact does not. They said, "Ok, ok, we highly recommend it." On top of it all they're liars out for money. Someone less knowledgeable and diligent than I am would be taken for an expensive ride. I don't know how a clinic can fail harder short of leeches and magical crystals. I won't be back."

"For all charter care locations, they have a phone tag issue. I call them, they route me through a phone tree, I leave a message. I’ll do this three times a day and they aren’t available. Days later they call me and leave a message. It’s often very difficult to connect with these offices. Recently, I setup a sensitive appointment. All reminders went to my phone, I called multiple times leaving my name and number trying to reschedule. No answer, no call backs. After I missed they tried to reschedule, but they called my parents (I’m 30, they’re almost 70s) and revealed the nature of my visit while trying to reschedule at the wrong contact. This stressed my whole family out and revealed personal health information. I’m sure somewhere in my records my parents are listed as my emergency contact so for their sake I hope this doesn’t breach HIPAA, but still this was an idiotic experience. Healthcare is primarily a service based industry. And these office’s administrative system is terrible."

"Was called by Chartercare about a referral. I missed the call due to work and immediately called back and left a message. Got a second call three days later and tried to call back. Still no answer. Then I get a letter stating I cannot be reached. Obviously nobody there can answer a phone but they expect a person with a physical job to be at there every whim. Extremely poor health care and over priced proof that health care is over priced and corrupt!!!!!!!!!"
