He is very kind, attentive and compassionate, always attempt to help, on the other hand the techs that works in the office are rude, no phone etiquette at all. You leave a message no phone call returned, you call, they anwer and put on hold for ever, never mind if you ask for a referral, it never gets done. You will have to work on it, it is really sad"

"just now NEW Dr Canchis himself is nice, kind, easy to work with but i do Have to give 1 star for his office staff alone. I’ve been calling and leaving messages for MONTHS to book an appointment. They NEVER answer the phone nor do they return calls. Need a referral for a specialist? FORGET IT. The staff NEVER SENDS IT and YOU WILL HAVE TO GO AND FACILITATE IT YOURSELF. Office staff are rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. Want high blood pressure and stress? Book an appointment at this practice and you’ll surely have it after dealing with the office staff."
