"If I could give zero stars I would. The more I think back on my experiences here the more angry I get. We were passed to this practice when it moved to this location. They only. Are about what procedures they can do and charge your insurance for. During my physical last fall the doctor I saw only touched me long enough to hear my breathing and heart rate. He didn’t check my knees or ankles which are known issues. This was after the nurse that took me in said “this is a health visit, so any issues you mention during this visit will incur a fee”. A different doctor in the same practice that saw my husband refused to let him go back on the meds that had been helping his anxiety condition. First prescribing a new drug that the first month was free but it was $400 a month after that, and it didn’t even work. We ended up at Butler to get him actual help after this woman cut him off from Paxil. Needless to say, as soon as the new year rolled around I found us new primary care and we gtfo of there. They should be utterly ashamed to call what they do healthcare."

"I miss dr Frank, been going to him for 30 years, always right, always the best of care! This new doctor that took over for him has a disconnect with senior citizens! He needs to learn to listen . He’s losing senior by the dozens! Doctor Younen needs to learn bed side manners! I am very displeased with him and his mannerism"

"I am supposedly a patient here, but I recently received notice that my physician is no longer employed here. No offer for a new PCP in the office, and I cannot reach anyone or leave a message at the office. Planning to find a new PCP as soon as possible."
