"My appt was for 9am and when I arrived the doors were locked. I was left waiting outside with my new born. Made appts to have Dr. Radhakrishna be who my child is seen by and two out of the 3 appts I had, I was called being told my child will be seeing another doctor. Dr. Radhakrishna is obviously very successful so it is sad and a shame to see the conditions of the office. She clearly puts zero dollars into up keeping her office. Office is extremely outdated and looks dirty. I even heard the staff complaining about the slow computers. Everyone in the office seems to be in a rush. I asked a bunch of questions pertaining to my new born and was left with little to no answers. Called to cancel my appointment twice and still got charged a no show fee. Very unprofessional and careless. Parents want a doctor that cares about their child/ren. I truly feel they should just shut down. Feel like this practice is open to keep the money rolling in and that is it. Clearly I do not recommended. I found a new pediatrician and after one appointment, the difference is MAJOR."

"I have been going here for last 6 years, taking both of my sons. Not too disappointed. Sometimes the wait time is way longer than usual and they also prefer to charge you directly ( to the credit card info they take) without mailing invoice to pay the due. This is an unusual practice in healthcare and do not appreciate it. Never the less, Doctor herself is great and been providing very good care to my kids."

"They are running animal zoo not child care. Every time whole staff is lazy really really unorganized. Dr Vijay is good. But whole staff need start with grade 1 again much need it behavior lesson for them."

The diagnosis is worst and all the doctors always rush. because of this center i have taken my kid to emergency twice. the first question from the emergency was “ why didn’t your primary pediatrician didn’t diagnosis for last one year. if you really care your children please immediately switch to another doctors."

"I’ve been going to this office for several years now, and I am so grateful I made the switch. The office staff has always been incredible!! Every time I go to the office, I never have to wait long. They are always so accommodating and so on point with everything! Every single staff person I have interacted with has always been extremely nice and professional. My boys love it there! Can’t say enough about this office!"
