"I went to Tobey for a lung screening on the 9th. I had the sweetest young man named John. He was so kind and understanding and should be so proud of the person he is. We both live in Falmouth and I told him that he and his little daughter are more than welcome to come visit anytime."
"The worst emergency care ever! They just do not care if you live or die, which makes them being an emergency room pretty pointless. They should have closed the ER and kept the maternity ward open. The money they've dumped into the ER has somehow translated to the worst possible patient care. I'm amazed they're not being bombarded with lawsuits. They're definitely going to kill someone."
"My father was brought in by my mother for a mental wellness check as he was in the midst of a psychotic episode. The doctors deemed him fine and discharged him after only an hour, without speaking to my mother for her thoughts on his behavior. Immediately upon arriving home, my father tried to attack our neighbors due to said psychotic episode and had to be taken away by police."
"Beautiful hospital, amazing care - walked in to the front door and asked for directions to the ED. The woman behind the desk asked her colleague to cover for her while she walked downstairs to ED registration with me. Registration clerk was professional, both the triage nurse and my primary ED RN were thorough and compassionate and explained what they were doing. Dr. Hunt assessed and ordered labs, a CT and then an ultrasound all of which were done fairly quickly. The CT and ultrasound techs walked me through their processes and then a few hours later, Dr. Hunt returned and explained all of the results and follow-up recommendations for care. It was the best healthcare experience I've had. Totally top-notch experience."
