"Vibra provided a calm, caring environment that enabled both physical and emotional healing. PT, OT, nursing, as well as MD excelled. We are very happy with the outcome."
"I spent from 10/21/23 to 10/30/23 at Vibra and all I can say is this: The hospital is top notch. The entire staff was very caring, attentive and knowledgeable in their particular positions. They all made my stay a very positive experience.I can honestly say if anyone is in need of a facility for short or long term rehab care look no further. Thank you to the entire staff and managment for all that you have done. Jim"
"I was admitted to the rehab facility on October 19, 2023 and my stay there was well about 9 days. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 9/27 and my life completely spiraled downhill. More serious health conditions continued to occur to the point where I was transported by ambulance to be cared for further assistance. And, let me tell you, I was cared for. I was and currently am still going through a dark time in my life. The entire staff made my days a little bit brighter. When I arrived I couldn’t even move my body. I couldn’t even walk nor lift my my arms above my head. I had to hit a call button to lift both of my legs onto the bed and to help dress myself. Seeing as I am 31 years old, live alone, have a 2 year old daughter and I am very independent. It was and always has been extremely hard for me to ask for help. You all have allowed me to let go of my part of my pride to know that It’s Okay To Ask for help. Not only did they help myself to the point where I am grateful to god that upon being discharged I left walking, I left able to shower and dress myself. I even left with emotion because the care and comfort they brought to helped make feel safe and gave me confidence. They helped me get through this one of many chapters that I have to overcome in my life. They brought me not only psychical assistance but also helped the toll on my mental health with problems that I am dealing with inside. They brought me laughter and moments and memories that I will carry and never forget for the rest of my life. I never turned on my tv there. I sat and observed the staffs work, the staffs time and dedication, the staffs care- not only for me but for other patients there as well. I truly give so much credit to them. They left me feeling that I am going to be okay and that I can make it through this thing we call life. A shout out the the nurses in the CCU unit- Gina, Laurell, Leah, Eunice, Jericho, Trisha, and Lindsey. A shout out to the Cna’s- Alice, Sheila, Michelle. A shout out to the entire PT and OT staff, Sue, Sarah, Brooke, Melissa, Marissa, Alex, and Jeff. A shout out to the nurse practitioners David and Sue. A shout out to Frith who helped wrap me up like a mummy. A shout out to my case manager Jeffrey Rezendes for making sure I had some relief knowing I had everything set up to know that I was leaving with less worries and appointments set up to know that I will be cared for with further assistance. Shout out to maintenance for my complaints and the struggle to fixing my window. A shout out to the people who came in the clean my room, do my laundry, and clean the bathrooms. Shout out to the director and assistant who never introduced themselves but popped in with a quick hello. A shout out to Dr. Jezmati whom I had never got the chance to meet, but I am sure you are as great as your staff is. I want everyone to know this and the impact you all have made in my life. And, to anyone else I may have missed- I apologize. I tried to remember as many names as I could. My stay was not that long and that I am grateful for. I am grateful for all of you to help literally get me back on me feet. I highly recommend Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Massachusetts in New Bedford, Massachusetts. From the bottom of my heart, I send a big Thank You to you all for everything you have done and continue to do. Bless you all with love and good health just as you did for me. Sincerely, Room 106 Natalya DeOliveira"
"I had very good care at Vibra Hospital in New Bedford. Doctors, Nurses and most staff were wonderful, patient, and kind. Some went above and beyond their job descriptions to tend to my needs. P.T. and O.T. were great. They were pleasant to work with, and always asked if there was anything that they could get me when we were finished our sessions. That goes for most of the staff as well. Food was very good and you had extra choices if you did not like what was being served for that meal. The kitchen had a few issues, but no place is perfect. I read some of the reviews and was very surprised. Everyone's circumstances are different, but I have to say that my stay at the facility was mostly a good one."
"Just spent 14 days at Vibra SE recovering from double pneumonia. Staff were extremely knowledgeable helpful and always polite. All meds and procedures were explained prior to giving them. Bedside response time was good to very good. Areas were thoroughly sanitized and cleaned regularly. Staff work as a team to cover patient emergencies. Social work staff are very engaged in coordinating referrals to other agencies for continuing care etc. My overall experience was very good."
