"I asked for my son medical records to be faxed to his new doctor like 2 years ago I called I faxed his new doctor faxed the form too and we are still waiting on them. This place is the worst"

"Staff is not knowledgeable at all, very rude. Called to make an appointment for my grand daughter for school she advised since I moved I need to find a closer doctor, did not want to schedule the appointment.which is fine. But than this week she tells me by Law your child can’t come here since you moved, we moved to a different town same state and I told her that is absolutely incorrect my grand child can go to any physician of my choice as long as they accept her insurance. Receptionist is going to tell me I can’t get copy of my child’s immunization and last physical. Mind you she emailed me copy of immunization records last month I checked me email after the call. Obtaining any documents from this office is an ordeal to say the least simple request turns into a nightmare so glad my child is changing to another drs office and I will be dealing with more professional, courtesy, organized staff who can accommodate simple request and understand what I am saying ."

"Dr. Wong has been our pediatrician over 8 years now. I am very happy with the doctor! She is very pleasant and patient. Very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. Wait Tim could take a little longer than usual but she is worth waiting. Overall happy with Dr. Wong 's care."

"Worst doctors place ever. Makes a person who came on time wait hours but if you come late then you are penalized. It is a situation that is uncalled for. These people don’t even have the vaccines shots ready when appointment is made and due to be given. I hope they read this because they need to get their act together, they have waisted so much of my time which bothers me. Really wish there was an option to give this place a zero star because if there was I would."
