"I absolutely recommend this practice. The doctors and staff are professional and personable. Kelly welcomes everyone with a smile and attentiveness. The nurses are awesome. Dr Jacques is phenomenal and so good with kids. I recommend all the doctors except for Alizareh, she’s rude and unprofessional and not good with kids. The staff are amazing!"

"The staff, nurses and doctors are wonderful but whoever is on the phone scheduling is completely rude. It's not just a one time instance either. If she us thar angry she should not be in the medical field. I will be looking for another doctors office because of her."

"Been taking my children here since they were little. While the doctors are generally thorough, its the administration and management of the place that requires me to now change likely due to new ownership. Last 3 times I have been here the doctors didnt show up until 40-50 minutes after the schedule appointment, only 1 doctor was available (back in the day it was more), they now nickel and dime you for stupid stuff (like the mental health survey which we have learned to not do because its not covered by insurance but of course they charge you), and other small administrative changes that just don't make it the preferred choice anymore. Granted our kids our older now so it doesn't matter, but if I was to have a newborn I would look elsewhere as a result - couldn't imagine waiting 45 mins each time with a newborn."

I love the care we get at Hamilton Pediatrics especially in The Columbus office from the front desk to the medical assistants, all the nurses and of course the Doctors are amazing and so talented at what they deal."
