"The phones are always a busy signal. Been here for 18 yrs and now the past 3 years can never get through. Try going in person which i have to leave work to do to be told i need an appt. No online appt portals only over the phone and you cant get through to them ever!!"
"I've been taking my son here since he was born, he's 11 now, and never had any problems. Dr. Bartalonzo is always super great. We were just there yesterday and he had to get two shots and the Dr. was amazing with him to reassure him it would be okay when he was nervous. Waiting room was empty when we got there too so didn't have to wait just went right back."
"I generally really like Dr Bartolanzo and Dr Green. My kids never really needed more than their annual visits and vaccines. Recently (September), I had an annual appointment for my 15 year old. We were there sometime back in August and I guess there was a copay I was unaware of. Since I only had my bank card and credit cards (no cash or check on hand), I wasn’t able to pay. The young girl who was checking us in was very nice about it. She explained that they wouldn’t see my 15 yr until the copay was paid…kinda annoying but, I was fine with it. The other, older woman with glasses would not shut up about it and was extremely rude and continued to say how I was negligent in returning her voice messages….her one and only voice message. Keep in mind, my number and my husband’s number is on file. I was trying to explain that I haven’t been taking calls since my oldest was murdered in front of our house in September but, that rude woman consistently kept spewing ignorant comments until I finally had a full breakdown in the office before leaving. In fact, it’s kept me from rescheduling my appointment for my 15 year old and I still have to make that copay payment….ugh. All 4 of my kids have gone here. My 15 year old is my youngest. Respectfully for the doctors, I will reschedule and make payment. I’ll also explain to them why it will be my last appointment with them."
"I’ve been going to Dr.B’s for at least 20 years or more , I love kiana she is amazing !!! But the other girl that sits at the front has terrible bedside manner . I was a few mins late to my appointment because my sons blood sugar was very low and she gave an attitude. It’s happened before and no one has said anything to us, I did apologize and she was still rude ."
"I would say that based off the majority of reviews here combined with my current experience it may be time to retire. Taking 5 minutes to review my daughter’s chart prior to entering the room could have corrected the initial mistake of bringing the wrong shot series. Bedside manner has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Taking a minute to ask some questions and actually show concern for your patient might have revealed underlying issues that could have easily been addressed. Way too concerned about turning the $ profit and getting people in and out. I promise anyone who reads this…. You can do better."
