"Dr. Green has been our pediatrician for 10 years. From the time I went in for our prenatal appt, we have aways been treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Green and the office staff have always greeted my children by name and with a smile. After hours phone calls were returned within minutes and anytime I call with a question it's answered by the Dr. Immediately. This kind of personal care is extremely difficult to come by. We wouldn't go anywhere else."

"I just called to make a "pre-natal" appointment, to help me decide on a doctor for my child. On the website it says they make those appointments, but when i called the woman who answered said they do not do those appointments. She was friendly but i do not understand how the website says they do but the woman says they dont. I guess i will have to look else where for a doctor for my child."

"I have been taking my son here since he was an infant. I have never had a problem. The staff has always been polite to me. The doctors, Dr. Green and Dr. Grossman are warm, friendly and professional. When my son is sick, I have been able to get him in quickly."

"i’ve went here since i was 12 after my old pediatricians office closed. the doctors are ok i haven’t had a problem with them but every time you try and contact their office the staff is rude and dismissive it seems like they couldn’t be bothered caring about what you have to say. if you call anywhere near 12 o clock they tell you they cannot talk they’re about to go on lunch and when you call back after they don’t answer. me and my mom have been calling for two days because i’m out of school due to an allergic reaction and they say they ensure received our calls so we went into their office today and were basically told to screw off that we don’t have an appointment. they’re unprofessional and lack empathy if the doctors would like to keep their practice i advise them to find new staff who don’t hate their jobs"

"This office is so inefficient and unprofessional, it's quite frankly unbelievable. Attempting to gather any information at all regarding your child's documents or progress of extremely important and time sensitive insurance documents is met with disgusting hostility and dismissal. These people have no business in the health field, and especially do not belong handling cases involving children's health matters."
