Reviews of Princeton Nassau Pediatrics
"I have always feel good taking my daughters to Dr. Kong and the rest of the physicians they are amazing! With that being said I had a really bad experience at the front desk, the person that helped me was rude and had a hard time for her to help my situation."
"5 stars all the way! All the doctors we have met with are fantastic. They are all so good to my girls. We’ve been coming here for over a year now and I’m so happy I found this place. When the girls are sick, they take them right away. Highly recommend!"
"I am old patient in the office for 11 years. The experience are always good. When I need to see a doctor, I can always get an appointment in the day. The experiment results are in time. The advice from doctors and nurses are always useful. I am glad to have a nice team nearby."
"We’ve been coming to PNP for over 10 years. We have never ever experienced any of the rudeness people describe in reviews. Everyone is always kind and responsive. We have gotten everything we have ever needed quickly and with a smile. Dr. Dinh is the primary for both of our kids and she is beyond excellent. We have seen so many doctors over the years and they have been uniformly amazing. Highly recommend them to any family."
"I was quite surprised to find the staff to be incredibly rude. We recently moved to the area and needed to establish care quickly. We were able to see all of the specialists quickly, but when it came time to work with a pediatrician, we found the process to be more difficult. I received quite a few referrals to Princeton Nassau Pediatrics. When I made the initial appointment, the person on the phone was quite friendly. She did ask me to have my son's records sent to them to make the appointment easier. She did not say it would be canceled. The appointment was a month out. The day before the appointment, I received a text stating that the appointment was canceled. When I called the office, I was told that this was correct because I did not upload the records and the doctor needs ample time to review them before seeing patients. I was initially confused as to what records they were then referring to since the relevant records were not the ones that I had, and how quickly the specialists would send them is not up to me. And, since this was our first appointment, I did not know how the specialists would know to send it to them. I also said that I was not told that the appointment would be canceled for the records that I have, as they are immunization records only. The person on the phone said they've never had an issue with this and have worked with international patients. She quite curtly said to have a nice day and hung up. Again, this was shocking because we are new to them. I would assume that if that information was that critical, someone would have picked up the phone to ask for it. And, if it were that critical, they shouldn't have made the appointment in the first place. Rather, they should have said they could only make the appointment if they had the immunization records or whatever it is they need and I could have addressed it then. To have us wait a month to cancel it the day before, means that we have to either wait for months to see one of their pediatricians (which I'm not doing) or someone else. This is counter to establishing good health care which should ultimately be the goal."
