"I loved this office when they made the switch the staff became rude. I need to get one more of my child’s medical records but I’m sure they are going to give me a hard time as they have in the past. I switched to marlton pediatrics in NJ with the doctor they had before. She’s worth the travel prior to that I took my kids to urgent care not to be involved with that new office at all good luck guys. (Dr. Stavallone)"

"For weeks I kept calling the office to make an appt for my son to get his flu shot/yearly wellness check up. It was busy every time or went to voicemail (not during lunch or after hours). I couldn't even leave a voicemail because their message stated they do not check them??? When I finally was able to get through to someone, after weeks of trying, they didn't even have their flu shots available yet and told me I would have to call back to make an appt. I was so fed up and that I found another doctor and the office gave me a hard time to transfer his records over. They were rude and told me that they would do it when they get to it. Absolutely ridiculous!"

"Ask for child's shots to be separated by 2 days as they could not guarantee to be able to determine which one would cause a reaction. They refused and asked us to leave. Stay far away from this place. Will not work with patients request at all."

"I take my kids to Lower Bucks Pediatrics for years. I was very satisfied. Recently they sold the practice to Marriott and Kroll. My child got sick and I wanted to bring her in. They told me that my insurance was inactive and I will have to pay for the visit. Called my insurance company, my insurance was active. The agent told me that they need to call the number on the card to verify the eligibility. They refused to do it claiming that they only check online. I didn't have this problem with Lower Bucks Pediatrics. I switched my kids to CHOP. I do not recommend this office."

"I have been bringing my son here for 12 years. They recently were bought out by or sold their patient lists to another pediatric practice and the practice seems to be declining. After coming here for 12 years with the same health insurance I actually received a bill from them. I am seriously considering finding another pediatrician. I recommended this office for years, and this change was not a good one."
