"Making appointments are hell. Called multiple times & did not pick up . Left many messages which were never gotten back to. Me & my mother ten one day drove up to the place and knocked on the door because it’s always locked. Then I heard noises, so I had to bang on the door for about two minutes. That’s when they opened up. They also told us to leave messages, but that was already done so that made me mad to hear."
