"Very rude and arrogant. Asks questions of parent, but refuses to allow parent to respond. Claims that he cannot make an autism diagnosis, but then turns around and diagnoses a child whose records he hasn't even seen yet as being autistic. Said that the child's previous diagnosis by an actual developmental pediatrician (who he admits is the one who the diagnosis officially must come from) is impossible because that he doesn't believe that condition exists."
