"I will not be returning. There was a horrible smell of stale air. My father sat in a pee soaked johnny the 2 hours. He tried calling the nurse for ice and to be changed. Really pathetic."

"Horrible, your loved one will be laying for hours without proper care. My dad was always dirty and developed multiple bedsoars. When I ask to speak to a nurse or CNA it will take hours for someone to come in even with the call light on. Once they came in they barely know the patient and can answer questions. I’m glad my dad was transferred somewhere else."

"I want to commend staff for being compassionate, friendly, and giving their all to patients. I had a loved one there recently and I’m grateful to Vibra. From the top of administration, to the care team, we had a pleasant experience and will definitely recommend this hospital."

"My husband was in another hospital for months before being discharged to Vibra. I was so impressed by the friendliness of each staff member I interacted with from administration right on through all the staff. So refreshing! I have had my share of less than friendly encounters in the past at other facilities, unfortunately I’ve come to expect there will be some bad apples, but that was not my experience at Vibra at all. I guess it’s the culture there. Well done."

"Would give no stars if it allowed. If you love your family member that needs rehab do not send them there. I was there for a month. Unanswered calls when you would push the button for over an hour sometimes. I would have to ask my husband or mother to call the place to get a nurse to my room. If you needed help using the bathroom you would end up having accidents because it took so long for someone to come help and then you were given such attitude when you needed to be cleaned. It was the most frustrating place. My oxygen came off the wall twice and saturated down to 40 before someone came to help. There was one nurse named Joyce who was an angel from God there. She was so amazing ! Too much more to tell but it would be a book. Please find somewhere else."
