"Every single person I encountered when I had my outpatient surgery was incredible. My nurse, Jamie, was the sweetest. From the folks who checked me in to the doctors (Special shout-out to Dr Wortman) and nurses, they were all top notch. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and even made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was scared and nervous and everyone went out of their way to make me feel calm and comfortable. Thank you Landmark!"

"It’s an ER, you need to know you are going to have to wait for services. Overall, very good experience! Dr Sarasin was extremely pleasant and to the point. Audrey was welcoming and pleasant as well. Always a bonus when one is not feeling well… so thank you for the kindness and for the help I required."

"I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and testing they did. The only issue was the initial wait time and that was only because the emergency room isn't big enough. They use the space they have incredibly well, but there is nothing they can do when they have filled up every square inch they have. All the staff was very caring and attentive."

"I went in to have a CT scan, the first stop at the desk, I was greeted by a very nice woman, she took my information and I sat until called. Within 5 minutes I was taken to get my scan, she was so nice (wish I could remember her name)made me feel very comfortable. It was done quickly and I was on my way out the door. Thank you for having such wonderful and caring staff."

"I went straight back to the room and did not see a doctor or nurse for an hour. Even after seeing the doctor I told him my concerns as well as my stomach hurting. They offered me Tylenol which I declined because I already took Ibuprofen and it didn’t help. It then took another almost hour to get my blood draw. As well as an hour or two waiting to get an X-ray. Which they didn’t tell me they were waiting for a negative pregnancy test instead of asking me if I have any possibility of being pregnant. I then get results back stating everything is normal but they never checked my stomach for the reason for the pain or anything. I felt like I went to this hospital for nothing. I don’t go to this hospital anymore after a previous incident of waiting 6 hours to be seen even though I was still in the waiting room I have gave the benefit of the doubt and decided to go to this hospital to see if anything had changed which it has disgustingly not changed anything. I felt like just another number and my concerns were not met. I still have pain and a stomach ache but at this point if something happens to me because your doctors failed to do their job then it’s fine I’ll just Sue. Worst hospital I have ever been too and refuse to go to this hospital again I don’t even care if it is an emergency I would rather go to Milford regional than this god forsaken hospital."
