"Doctor does not have time for a heart failure patient. Been canceling our appointment for past two months. 3 time it was they don’t have employees. Now yesterday the doctor got sick. Now in two week I will see what happens next. Also one time we went 5 minutes late and doctor threatened us that she will take us out from her office for not being on time. But it’s ok for her to make us Waite 30 minutes or cancelling our appointment 3 time for an heart failure patient. All and all find a different doctor because this doctor don’t want your business."

"Awful, wish I could give her 0 stars! For over 1 year, my sister had been taking her little girl there. My sister constantly brought up her eyesight and potential lazy eye. It's very apparent, unfortunately. However, this "doctor" kept saying either she didn't see it or to wait to see a specialist after a year. My sister made her own appointment with a specialist she found on her own and Well of course as it turns out she has something wrong with her optic nerve and has had low vision this whole time because of it. It's a shame this doctor was negligent in treating my niece. She is also rude, dismissive and talks down to the parent. I'll make sure everyone knows not to go to this doctor."

"Zero stars. Do not go there! Awful, dishonest, will not admin their mistake. Doctor prescribed the wrong medicine by mistake so my mail-in pharmacy mailed it to my wife and of cause charged us $225. Then doctor said it was a mistake and prescribed the right meds, so they mailed the right one and there was another $200+ charge. Pharmacies do not take any returns of cause, so doctor said to bring back receipt and they will reimbursed us. We brought the receipts and after not hearing from them for 2 month my wife called. She spoke to someone name Kaitlin. That person was very nasty, rude, was screaming of the phone and flat out saying “you are not getting your money back” My wife then spoke to manager Nancy Sisch, who was also very rude and said that they will not refund the money. They even said that it’s been over 2 month ago so it’s too long. Well, if you don’t pay you bill for over 2 month they will be sure to send it to collection, but when they owe you then after 2 months they consider it too long and will not refund. Terrible place. So I’m glad I already switched to another doctor a year ago, so now after 20 years of going to the same doctor my wife will also finally find another doctor. I would not recommend this place to anyone (well, maybe only to my enemies)"

"As a professional myself I found her office staff and nurses pleasant and helpful. They were so much more personable compared to many Doctors offices that I told my wife that they were good enough to hire for our own office. I found Dr. Sedani to be knowledgeable and caring. In fact, since my encounter I have referred 5 of my own patients to her. I originally went there because friends of ours highly recommended her."

"My son and I had same day appointments, scheduled fifteen minutes apart. We were new patients and asked to be there thirty minutes before our appointment times to fill out the paperwork. We got there eight minutes later than the time they asked us to be there. The receptionist addressed us by our last names and nodded in the affirmative when we confirmed we were the patients by that name. We stood at her desk while she took phone calls with no further interaction with us. The nurse stepped out and saw us standing at the window. Thirty minutes later, with us still standing at the window, the receptionist scrambled together our new patient packets and gave them to us. It took less than ten minutes to complete my son's packet and was then called to the window at my son's appointment time. The nurse informed us that we were not there thirty minutes before my son's appointment and therefore, he could not be seen today, however, I could still be seen. I told here we were standing at the window for thirty minutes before we were given the packets and she saw us waiting there, even pointed out the time I signed in but she insisted his appointment needed to be rescheduled. I told her in that case we were leaving and would find another PCP and I will also be writing a review about my first time visit to this office. I will not recommend this doctor's office to anyone!"
