"I have four children under the age of 7, so I am at this office A LOT. My oldest has been a patient here since he was a year old. Maureen at the front desk is wonderful, and always does her best to get us in ASAP. I love all of the docs, and while they frequently run late, I expect and plan for this because I know they are working hard and providing dedicated and compassionate care to each of their patients. They are thorough and are particularly dedicated to staying up to date on evidence-based medicine, so I know they are making the most accurate recommendations. It's just a great practice, and I'm so grateful that it's so close to us!"

"We went to the bala location and the pediatrician dr Robinson (the female) was nice but now I’m trying to do another appointment and they’re saying they mandate all vaccines there for children except 1. Like what ??? What kind of place discriminates against a person not getting jabbed for religious reasons etc ? You can’t force anyone to get shots!! Don’t come here if you care enough about your religion or child to not comply with unnecessary shots and challenge them or inquire about the ingredients inside the shots"

"16 years in with utilizing this practice for family and started at the center city original location. Practice was built with professionalism and quality care. There are a wide range of services to meet unique needs. 5 stars for accessibility and attentiveness. Caroline was the best gatekeeper to Dr. Berger, Dr. Cynthia Warren, and Nurse Amanda for us. Passionate providers that never rushed a visit or left a question unanswered. With utilizing the Bala location for over 4 years, Maureen has remained attentive with scheduling and reception and Dr. Madani gets 5+ stars for his bedside manner. Just overall pleasant and thorough. 4 stars is 4.5 only because there is always room for improvement. Over a 16 year span, it's nothing major to type here. I don't know if we have just lucked up with timing but never really had to wait but maybe we are one of those families that caused the doc to run over time for his next appt. I can definitely see from other reviewer's perspective why that would be problematic but I pay for my time x2 and want all of the doc's attention for my children as you should."

"The quality of care and professionalism saved this review. I’m not sure if it’s our luck, Covid or standard practice, however we’ve been taking my daughter here as her primary care doctor. The quality of care and kindness of the staff have always been 5 stars. The 3 stars goes into punctuality and time. It’s hard to maintain the health and entertainment of an undressed toddler. I realize we’re in Covid times and doctor visits/check ups are unpredictable. I am an understanding and fair person, but every visit is not on time. For example my daughter’s appointment is at 8:20am and we did not see the doctor until 8:57am. Needles to say Dr. Apt was over an hour experience and timeline."

"We have been sending our daughter here since she was born almost 2 years ago and have no complaints. We primarily see Dr. Elizabeth Robinson, but have in some cases taken her to other docs in the office, and generally all around everyone is nice and helpful. We have liked coming to Dr. Liz as she is always helpful and sweet. She also always responds to messages we send through their app in a timely manner. Maureen is the only receptionist I’ve ever dealt with, so not sure about some of these reviews. She’s always pleasant and quickly gets us scheduled and on our way. We’re grateful for this smaller pediatrics location complete with parking, otherwise we’d be dealing with a probable mix bag with CHOP,"
