"I heard a review saying soggy crushed and loaded with salt but that wasn't the one I went to the Arby's in Hazleton the Buns were fluffy wasn't overly salty and I had a great service"

"Went thru the drive thru . I ordered the big game burger with cherry barbecue sauce. It was horrendous first bite had to throw it out. It was disgusting and I couldn’t even eat it. I’m surprised they sell that type of thing."

"They made me wait for fresh fried macaroni and cheese bites, In the meantime, my curly fry and brisket sandwich sat in the bag getting cold by The time I got my food everything was cold except the macaroni and cheese bites."

"My teen can be tough to please but he literally said "This is the best Arby's ever." Not the day before he was telling me how much he didn't like Arbys. My wife also commented she really liked the place and she never says stuff like that about fast food places. I think it was because they had fish she really liked. I thought they were just a teeny but slower than other fast food places and it made 100% better difference. Sometimes an extra 5 or 10% slower makes a huge improvement that is well worth it. The place was pretty clean and had a good and happy staff. Definitely a lot better than your typical fast food place. I was there 9/3/23 in the early afternoon."

"Came in for a take out order attempt. I ordered the 1/2 lb regular roast beef meal for 10.79 med size at menu price. Attendant Faith rang it in and it came up as 11.59 for a total of $12.28ish. I asked about the price difference and Tessa, the manager?, told me the price had changed and I would just have to deal with it. I asked for the price that was stated on the menu and Faith made sure I had ordered it to the right soze for the menu price. She kept asking and pleading for Tessa to come back and confirm the change but Tessa said she was to busy and would come back when she felt like it. There was a line of 3 behind me and Faith was panicked so I asked to cancel my order. Then another girl came out, unsure of name to attempt to figure out what was going on. At that point I told both girls, Not Tessa, that I didnt need any food and left. Good store but horrible, horrible management."
