"Can't make sick appts unless you call the morning of. I leave for work at 6:30 am, I can't make an appt till 8 am, so if I'm at work, I then have to leave to drive all the way back home, if an appt is available. I work 80 miles away. My other option is to keep taking off till I get an appt. Does this make any sense? My kids are sick, may e ill get an aptpt, before they're better. I've never heard of a doctors office doing this. Finding a new doctor."

"The negligence we received from “Doctor” Cibischino makes me truly disgusted. I am not a doctor and I knew there was an infection on my 9 day olds chest, I had to call over and over again and beg for an antibiotic for my child while this “doctor” kept telling me he was fine. Now here we are admitted to the hospital for 4 days and he needs pediatric surgery because this woman let an infection go on a 6-9 day old baby for three days reassuring a worried mother that it was normal and he was fine. Again, I’m disgusted and I hope no one ever has to deal with this woman and her careless actions."

"If I am being completely honest I had lost faith in most of the individuals within this practice, I was ready to switch pediatricians but there is a hidden gem within this office and it is Dr. Shah. She goes above and beyond for her patients, is extremely thorough and truly tries to help. I have dealt with some rude individuals especially regarding my one child who is severely autistic but with Dr. Shah I do not get stressed I highly recommend her!"

"Honestly, I was impressed by the hospital and wanted a doctor associated with St. Luke's Hospital. However, I have never spoken to such rude people in all of my life. Trying to just get an appointment for my sick child seemed to be a bother to them which contrasted with their hold message. They said a nurse would call me back, never happened. Triage for a new patient doctor's appointment??!? ARE YOU KIDDING!!! As I said I'm very impressed with St Luke's Hospital and I'm really hoping that the Doctors are better than their scheduling staff but it doesn't bode well."
