"I went in to practice. I was turned away because I didn’t bring my own weapon and because I was alone. I’m trying to qualify for my permit and don’t have my caliber of choice, hence the renting. Also, I don’t care for the idea of driving around with a gun in my trunk. I was told they couldn’t spare someone to “buddy” me. I’m a grown woman with privileges to carry in other States , but I can’t shoot there unless I bring a friend. The guys at the counters are great. The man claiming to be manager, completely incompetent."

"Originally, I thought highly of this place, and thought the reviews were accurate. They have a good selection of guns, ammunition, accessories, knives, etc… however the manager I spoke with (Donna) was extremely rude, and outright disrespectful. She basically told me I should not be looking into anything at the store because I dont know anything. To make matters worse, I overheard her talking down to her employees, telling them they were never doing enough and that they need to do things her way, otherwise it is unacceptable. The employees themselves were great, very helpful, honest, and really did a good job helping me find what I was looking for. Honestly, I would love to leave a better review, but I just cant bring myself to accept the horrible treatment of staff, and to add onto it the disrespect towards CUSTOMERS??? I really do not appreciate being talked down to to begin with, not to mention the fact that I was as always, respectful, and nice towards everyone. I do not see this place staying open much longer."
