"I've been coming here for 4 years and used to brag how amazing this practice was. I think I just jinxed myself. The Dr's are good. The nurses are all so kind. But the wait time is ridiculous ! I should not have to wait an HOUR to see the DR. When I arrived on time for mine. This has started to be a reoccurring thing. Last time I was in the waiting room for 40 min. Then went back to the room and waited exactly 45 min for the Dr to come in. Today, I came in for my appt at 10:30. Didn't get in my car until 12pm. That's ridiculous. All this wait time and I see the Dr for 10-15min. I'm not understanding why I have to wait. Let alone, wait with my kids and they grow just as impatient too. Please fix this issue."

"How did that Covid vaccine affect your heart and your families? You refused service when parents declined vaccination for their children. Now that you've taken the covid vaccine, how's your heart now? Any clots? Myocarditis anyone? Sometimes, patience is all we need for justice to come around. Maybe you need a Covid booster, or are you refusing to take it?"

"This place used to be much better. The first nurse to enter the room couldn't even do her job right and take the correct measurement of my baby. The doctor came in the room and took a look at her chart and said to me "according to the chart, your baby shrank!" Of course we laughed it off but this could be a serious matter. You need the correct measurements. The doctor proceeded to take the correct measurements. I was also struggling to come back to the room with all of my belongings as the lady who called us back just stood there looking at me impatiently instead of asking if I needed a hand with my things. I felt like she was judging me the whole time. New faces almost every time I go in. Long wait times for appointments. Just very disappointing"

"Used to be my favorite pediatrician but not anymore the ladies in the front desk talking about alcohol drinks , my daughter had a appointment with dr woch he’s been great lately I seen he has been in moods talking about my child’s insurance and not hearing my complaints"

"We really are sooooo thankful for this Pediatrician practice!! Both of my children see Dr. Woch, since they were born, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. He's matter-of-fact, funny, attentive, comforting and efficient. The nurses are ALWAYS amazing!! They know my kids and my kids know them, and they really go out of their way to make it easy on the kids, even though they have to be the ones to give them shots and stuff. And Derrick, who I think heads the nurse triage or clinical questions, is an amazing human being! Literally he is always so very kind, listens and does not make me feel crazy for asking so many questions, even basic ones. When I wasn't sure of something, I knew he'd help walk me through options. I do think some of the office staff is new, so I can imagine it's been a lot for them. I haven't really been met with anything like what's being described in other reviews, but scheduling is always intense. Even my doctor's and specialists offices don't have a lot. There's only so many hours in a day and everybody wants one. Either way, I wouldn't want my babies anywhere else. I will always recommend this practice."
