"Manager is so rude . I was shocked .Most of the reviews are very low score and complaint’s that staff is rude . I will never go back there , there is way too much competition to spend my money where it is not appreciated. I urge everyone to go else where we have so many options. "My meds are on auto refill 90 day supply. My last refill ran out after 45 days. I went back to the Blackstone CVS. They told me they had a picture of the prescription. Then they told me they could give me a 6 day supply but I would have to pay for it. I asked what happen to the rest of my pills that I didn't get. They said they didn't know. No doubt they messed up here but won't take responsibility. All they had to do is say sorry about that and give me the other half of my prescription. In the future I'll open and count the pills at the counter"
"I have been to this store many times and Corson and Bruce always tell me exactly what and where everything is that I need. The store is always clean with a nice atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Best CVS in the tri-state area."
