"The location of this DD is on 22west. It’s a nice setup with some outdoor seating that can be enjoyed when the weather is good. The staff is friendly. The store is well stocked, had all the things that we ordered. The facility itself is very clean including rest rooms. Only thing is the person to really long to finish our order even though it was not rush hour. I wonder what they would do when there are 10 people in the line…"
"Very disappointed. The lady behind the counter was pretty lost. It's sad when I have to explain how to do everything. She didn't know how to use my 5 coffee card. So I walked her through that. Then she forgot to give the card back, even though it had 3 coffees left. Then she kept walking away thinking my order was done, forgetting to give me half my items. Overall, a very poor experience"
