"My go to place for my daily coffee and refreshments. Yes, it gets busy depending on the time of the day, that’s why having an app is a great help, as you can order ahead of time. Staff are generally customer friendly, but have the habit of talking with their own language when conversing with each other - I personally have no problem with that, especially if it’s done to give a clear instruction to a coworker, but I understand how some customers find that rude or annoying. The mgr Grace is awesome."

"Very very unprofessional and rude people working at this location, it’s my first time encountering this level of hate from anyone just for asking them to use a clean knife due to allergies, tried to be as nice as possible but did not receive the same energy back. I strongly discourage anyone from giving them your business. I would rather light my money on fire than spend it here"

"So, this has been my go-to Dunkin, and while I'll still end up going to it (out of convenience) this place runs out of stock very quickly. Also, four or five times, I have ordered the Avocado toast with bacon and it hadn't come with bacon (which is extra money mind you). I've been very disappointed with them lately. I will say it obviously has nothing to do with the people there, though the one lady was dismissive when she told me they didn't have my drink but I was annoyed and I'm sure she was also annoyed with people complaining so I can't really fault her. And the one guy seemed to feel really bad that two things I ordered were out of stock. They ended up giving me an extra donut, which was nice but doesn't really make up for not having two things I ordered. So, it's not the workers, probably the management. They obviously need to order more ingredients and keep popular items in stock. So, while I will still go ever so often if I need a quick stop, I will be finding a different dunkin for my dunkin stops."
