"I went to this store today to get some new shoes to wear at my retail job. I have multiple pairs of the Grand series shoes and love them. I have a really bad foot and these work well for me and have style at the same time. I went to the outlet as I needed multiple pairs and did not want to spend a fortune. I walked in and was greeted nicely. When I looked around for a bit I thought I had struck out as the clearance area did not have much there especially in my size. The lady checked in on me and stated that if I see anything that I like but do not see my size to let her know and she will see if she can order them in my size. She was super helpful and then started finding me all different styles and colors. I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes for me ($150 total) and 3 pairs of shoes for my daughter also ($97). I am really happy that I went and that I met this most helpful sales associate. Definitely visit this cole Haan outlet in Blackwood NJ. My associate was the store manager and her name is Tara. She was awesome!"
