"When I walked in to place my order I was greeted nicely by this young lady she told me her name was Ayat, very sweet girl when I ordered my coffee she made sure it was nice and hot, and when I ordered my pastries she made sure they were soft, I would definitely come back to this Gloria Jean’s again! "I honestly can say that their staff are amazing. I was greeted very kindly and they made sure that they got everything on my order correct. Their espresso and coffee was perfect. There pastries soft and fresh. There brownies and almond croissants are to die for. I can easily say this is the best coffee shop that I have visited, and after a long day of shopping this is the place to go grab a nice fresh cup of coffee."

"Absolutely horrible customer service and food. Sorry for being rude but honestly the only nice thing about this place is the decoration. Lady making to coffee was being so rude and kept rolling her eyes for no reason. Also coffee was nothing but foamy and bitter. Will never come here again"

"The coffee doesn’t taste the same anymore, it tastes really watered down. Came in the past couple days, and it hasn’t tasted good. I tried the food and it made my stomach feel strange afterwards. The chicken didn’t taste right, it felt rubbery like it was expired. Feel like the staff needs more training."

"We went two weeks ago on a Saturday morning when they first opened up. We stopped in before our marathon shopping day for President's weekend. The five stars is for the very polite and friendly young lady making the coffee and warming our muffins. The coffee was very good as were the muffins, I had blueberry crumb and my hubby had corn. The price tag will give you a little sticker shock but the owner should appreciate the young lady running things for them. She gave us very good service and made a pretty cup of coffee."
