"I placed an order for an egg and bacon on white toast no cheese waiting for 36 minutes and I questioned the counter person two times about my sandwich and just a sandwich and still nothing! There were at least 6 people that came after and received there order so I cancelled my big order I figured it was too much for the cook to complete. 12/10/2023"
"Sunday morning at 9am and inventory is very poor. I watched 4 customers come in, look at display case and leave shaking their heads. Service is slow. Also watched people come in after online order and the told they didn't have all the flavors they requested. Definitely need to refine how they keep inventory up. Red house bagels and A&S Bagels have much better inventory control"
"I love trying new bagel shops but this one did not have anything to make it stand out. To start the place was empty and it still took well over 30 mins to get 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns. When they finally came out, my sausage egg and cheese was pretty much a bagle with cheese. Super thin piece of sausage and what looked like half an egg. The hashbrowns were super greasy. They got my son's bagel wrong so he had to wait for another one after already waiting so long. I understand you guys are new, and really hope you get better but at the moment all I can say is train the staff better to keep wait times down and don't be so stingy with the quantity of food."
"Highly recommend the Multigrain everything bagel. Bagels were fresh and spreads were tasty. Will be back again. Updated review: They never have multigrain everything bagels. I stopped in three different times and they didn't have them made."
